How to pick a gift for an outdoorsman
People who live outdoors already own the boots, the pack and the gear they trust. A gift works better when it is about the person, not the gear.
A hiking or campfire shirt goes on every trip. A wildlife or lake print belongs in the cabin or the den. And a hat with their name on it is one nobody else on the trail will have.
