The thread
The design is stitched in with real thread — not printed, not a patch. Stitched from a fixed palette of 35 thread colors, up to eight per design.
Straight talk: embroidery has a floor. Very fine lines get thickened so they survive the needle, and colors outside the palette get matched to the nearest one available. That is why the design is kept bold on purpose — it is what makes it still readable across a room a year from now.

What if I misspell the name?
Check the live preview before you add to cart — what you see there is what gets stitched. Email us within 24 hours of ordering and we can still change it.

When will it arrive?
Most orders arrive in 2–4 weeks. Nothing is sitting in a warehouse — the cap is stitched after you order, then shipped. If you need it by a certain date, email us before you buy and we’ll tell you straight whether it can make it.
