1. WHO WE ARE
This website is operated by VUZILA LLC, a limited liability company registered in the
State of Delaware, United States, doing business as "Ziror". Throughout the site,
"we", "us" and "our" refer to VUZILA LLC. Our mailing address is 651 N Broad St,
Suite 206, Middletown, DE 19709, United States, and you can reach us at
support@ziror.com.
By visiting ziror.com or buying from us you agree to these Terms of Service, together
with our Shipping Policy, Refund and Return Policy and Privacy Policy, which form
part of these Terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the Site.
2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence to
buy from us, or have the consent of a parent or guardian. You may not use our
products for any unlawful purpose, or use the Site in any way that breaks the law
where you live.
3. OUR PRODUCTS
Every item we sell is made to order, and most items can be personalized with text you
supply.
We make every effort to display our products accurately, but we cannot guarantee that
your screen shows colors exactly. Small variations in color, print placement and
stitching between one made-to-order item and the next are normal and are not defects.
Products may be limited in quantity or withdrawn at any time, and prices may change
without notice. We may limit or refuse any order, including orders that appear to be
for resale. If we do, we will tell you by email and refund you in full.
4. YOUR PERSONALIZATION
You are responsible for the text you supply. Please check spelling, dates, sizes and
colors before you check out; once an item is in production it cannot be changed. See
our Refund and Return Policy.
By submitting personalization you confirm that you have the right to use it and that
it does not infringe anyone's trademark, copyright, name or likeness. We may refuse
and refund any order whose personalization is unlawful, hateful, or infringes a third
party's rights.
5. ORDERS, PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices are in US dollars and payment is taken at checkout. You agree to provide
current, complete and accurate billing and account information. If we cancel or
change an order we will contact you at the email address you provided.
We reserve the right to correct pricing and product errors, including after an order
has been placed, and to cancel and refund in full any order affected by such an error.
6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We ship to United States addresses only. Delivery times, costs, and what happens if
an order is delayed or does not arrive are set out in our Shipping Policy.
7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Set out in full in our Refund and Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8. ACCURACY OF SITE CONTENT
Information on the Site is provided for general information only. It may contain
errors or be out of date, and we are under no obligation to update it except as
required by law.
9. YOUR SUBMISSIONS
If you send us reviews, ideas, suggestions or other material, you agree that we may
use, edit and publish it without payment and without any obligation of confidence.
You are responsible for what you send: it must be lawful, must not be misleading, and
must not infringe anyone's rights.
10. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND TOOLS
The Site may link to, or make use of, services operated by third parties. We are not
responsible for their content, products or policies. Please read their terms before
you use them.
11. PROHIBITED USES
You may not use the Site to break any law, to infringe intellectual property, to
harass or abuse anyone, to submit false information, to upload viruses or malicious
code, to collect other people's personal information, to send spam, or to interfere
with the security of the Site.
12. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Site and our services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest
extent permitted by law we do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted,
timely, secure or error-free. Nothing in these Terms limits any warranty or right you
have under the consumer-protection law of your state that cannot lawfully be limited.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VUZILA LLC and its officers, employees,
agents, suppliers and service providers are not liable for any indirect, incidental,
punitive, special or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site or of
any product bought through it. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total
liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
14. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VUZILA LLC from any claim or demand,
including reasonable legal fees, brought by a third party because you have breached
these Terms or the rights of another person, including any claim arising from
personalization text you supplied.
15. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that
provision is severed and the remaining provisions stay in force.
16. TERMINATION
We may end your access to the Site at any time if you breach these Terms. Obligations
you incurred before termination survive it.
17. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with the policies referred to in them, are the entire agreement
between you and us regarding your use of the Site, and replace any earlier agreement.
18. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a new version on this page. The date
at the top shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use the Site after a
change means you accept it.
19. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and the applicable
federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree
that the state and federal courts located in the State of Delaware have exclusive
jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of these Terms, except where the
consumer-protection law of your state of residence gives you the right to bring a
claim where you live.
