This Privacy Policy explains how VUZILA LLC, a Delaware limited liability company
doing business as "Ziror" ("Ziror", "we", "us"), collects, uses and shares your
personal information when you visit ziror.com (the "Site") or buy from us.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Device Information. When you visit the Site we automatically collect your browser
type, IP address, time zone, the cookies installed on your device, the pages and
products you view, the site or search term that referred you, and how you interact
with the Site. We collect this using cookies, log files, web beacons, tags and pixels.
Order Information. When you place or attempt to place an order we collect your name,
billing address, shipping address, email address, the personalization text you enter,
and payment information. Card numbers are collected and processed by our payment
providers; we never see or store your full card number.
Together we call these "Personal Information".
2. HOW WE USE IT
- To fulfill your order: produce the item, arrange shipping, and send you order
confirmations, invoices and tracking.
- To communicate with you about your order and to answer support requests.
- To screen orders for fraud and payment risk.
- To improve the Site and our products.
- Where you have agreed to it, to send you marketing and to show you our advertising.
3. WHO WE SHARE IT WITH
- Shopify Inc., which hosts our online store: https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy
- Our payment providers, to take payment and handle refunds and disputes.
- Our production and fulfillment partners, who receive the name, shipping address and
personalization needed to make and ship your order.
- Google (Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads, including the Google conversion tag) and
Meta Platforms (the Meta Pixel), which receive Device Information and, for
purchases, a limited set of Order Information, so that we can measure how the Site
is used and how our advertising performs. You can opt out of Google Analytics at

- Law enforcement or other authorities where we are legally required to do so, or to
protect our rights.
We do not sell your Personal Information for money.
4. BEHAVIORAL ADVERTISING
We use the information above to show you advertising that may interest you. You can

5. YOUR RIGHTS - CALIFORNIA
If you are a California resident you have the right to know what personal information
we collect about you, to receive a copy of it, to have it corrected, to have it
deleted, and to opt out of the sharing of your personal information for
cross-context behavioral advertising. We will not treat you differently for
exercising any of these rights.
To make a request, email support@ziror.com with the subject line "California Privacy
Request". We will verify your identity against the email address and order details on
file before we act.
6. YOUR RIGHTS - EUROPE AND THE UNITED KINGDOM
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom you have the right to
access, correct, update or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to
object to how we process it. We process your information to perform the contract we
have with you when you place an order, and otherwise on the basis of our legitimate
interest in running and improving our business. Your information is processed and

7. HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
We keep Order Information for as long as we need it to run the business and to
satisfy tax, accounting and consumer-protection law, then delete or anonymize it. You
can ask us to erase your information at any time, subject to those legal retention
periods.
8. SECURITY
Payments are processed over an encrypted connection by PCI-compliant payment
providers. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we
take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold.
9. CHILDREN
The Site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect
personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal
information, email support@ziror.com and we will delete it.
10. CHANGES
We may update this policy to reflect changes to our practices or for legal reasons.
The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
