How do I keep the patch looking new?

Treat it like leather, not laundry. Spot clean only — a damp cloth with mild soap on the fabric, and never soak the cap. Air dry it; never the washer or the dryer, and keep it out of long stretches of direct sun.

For the patch itself: a soft dry cloth, or barely damp if it needs more. Don't scrub it, and skip anything alcohol-based. Do that and it stays sharp for years. If yours doesn't hold up, you have 30 days and our word.

What if I misspell his name?

You can change or cancel within 2 hours of ordering. After that it's already being made — check the preview twice.

Will it arrive in time?

Every hat is made to order in 1–3 days, then shipped. Delivery timing shows at checkout — if it says it arrives in time, it arrives in time.

What size is it?

It is a snapback: one size, adjustable at the back. It fits head sizes 6 5/8" to 7 3/8" — so you don't have to ask him. If it's not right, you have 30 days.
