The milk carton is a boxy white tunic with the printed label on the front; the cookie is a round tan tunic with the chocolate chips. Both are sleeveless and open at the sides — you wear them over a long-sleeve top and leggings or jeans.
Polyester, light, and they fold flat for the trip there.

Chest 120 cm / 47 in around, 54.5 cm / 21 in long — it ends around the hip on most adults.
2 · The cookie
77 cm / 30 in wide, 72 cm / 28 in long — a big round front and back panel that sits from the shoulders to the thigh.

They're costumes, not fitted clothes — loose is the point. Very tall people will find them shorter; very small people will find them wide. Both still read as milk and cookie.
The honest answer
It's a Tunic, Not a Full Suit.
The costume is the front and back panels. Your arms, legs and head are your own, so what you wear underneath shows — a plain top and dark bottoms look best. It's light and airy, which is great indoors and less great in a cold wind.

Will it fit a bigger or smaller person?
It's one adult size, cut loose: chest 120 cm on the milk, 77 cm wide on the cookie. It hangs rather than fits.
What do I wear underneath?
Anything plain — a long-sleeve top and dark leggings or jeans look best. The tunics are sleeveless and open at the sides.
Can we get two milks instead of a milk and a cookie?
