Five shapes — rectangle, curved rectangle and oval at 3" × 2"; circle and square at 2½". Three leather colors. Printed in full color, one at a time, when you order.

How do I keep the patch looking new?

Treat it like leather, not laundry. Wipe the patch with a barely damp cloth and let it air dry — never soak the hat, and never put it in the washer or dryer. Reshape the crown by hand while it dries. No bleach, no fabric softener, no iron on the patch.

Heat and tumbling are what wreck a printed patch — daily wear isn't. Do the above and it stays sharp for years. If yours doesn't hold up, you have 30 days and our word.

What if I misspell his name?

You can change or cancel within 2 hours of ordering. After that it's already being made — check the preview twice.

Will it arrive in time?

Every hat is made to order in 1–3 days, then shipped. Delivery timing shows at checkout — if it says it arrives in time, it arrives in time.

What size is it?

It is a snapback: one size, adjustable at the back. It fits head sizes 6 5/8" to 7 3/8" — so you don't have to ask him. If it's not right, you have 30 days.
