Please note that once you have placed (an) orders with Ziror, it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. Therefore, it is impossible to cancel or modify your order after 6 hours from the time you placed the order.

To avoid this situation, please provide us with a cancellation notice for at least 6 hours by filling in this Request Form. If you insist on canceling without 6 hours, please be patient to receive the package and then proceed returning in accordance with our Refund Policy to get full or partial refund.
