How do I keep the patch looking new?
Treat it like leather, not laundry. Spot clean only — a damp cloth with mild soap on the fabric, and never soak the cap. Air dry it; never the washer or the dryer, and keep it out of long stretches of direct sun.
For the patch itself: a soft dry cloth, or barely damp if it needs more. Don't scrub it, and skip anything alcohol-based. Do that and it stays sharp for years. If yours doesn't hold up, you have 30 days and our word.
What if I misspell the name?
You can change or cancel within 2 hours of ordering. After that it's already being made — check the preview twice.
Will it arrive in time?
Every hat is made to order in 1–3 days, then shipped. If you’re buying for a date, order early — we’d rather tell you now than cut it close.
What size is it?
One size, adjustable at the back — so there's no size to ask about. The exact head range for this cap is in the specs section above. If it's not right, you have 30 days.
How do refunds actually work?
